Minorue's Dresses

Each dress holds significant meaning and power to Minorue and her followers. No dress is ever abused and never is she seen outside her crystal temple in “The Pitty”. Minorue has two other dresses that are not shown for no one has ever been able to see them without dying. The two dresses came into being when the “seven years of fire” began.

The most common one to be seen was the death stone dress, known as “the hunter’. It was said that black thick tar dripped from her lips, her hair was mangled and short, her eyes were solid black and her hands became long finger like claws. To hear her voice made your skin boil and eyes drip with blood. No one can remember the dress itself, it was not as important as the consequence of being seen by her.

The second dress has never been seen for Minorue has never used the Breath Stone. The stone itself is a collection of all Minorue’s happy memories, her deepest desires and wishes, her every reason to smile. The man she loved had used it once, when Minorue was tricked into using the Death Stone many years after the “Seven years of fire”. With him using the Breath Stone, he would be on equal ground to her, and unfortunately the only way to stop her, was to kill her human body. It wasn’t until then that the dress from the Breath Stone, or “the sublime”, was worn by minorue. Her earthly body destroyed, she would be free from human emotions and restrictions and free to be herself.
