Mina Tukisiro from the Lunar Rabbit Force or
Getsumento Heiki Mina. It's not the best anime but the characters are really nifty looking and I really enjoy the animation.
This is much more anime-ish than my normal stuff, I drew her mostly to test out my new paper, I like it. It has a nice feel for the markers, the look very soft and they lend nicely.
