So I know I have been away for a while, and I am really sorry for my absence. The new house and new job have kept every square inch of my free time occupied. This is a birthday present I've been working on for a while now, I had the sketch and then I packed it up and never finished it until recently. Its for a very talented young lady I know, she recently got a part in a big commercial that will be playing in Canada during the Olympics, she draws and sings and plays guitar. All around a good egg. Her favorite movie is Kiki's Delivery Service, and since her B-day is in a week I had to get the damn thing done.

Its water colour on 150lb paper. I am really happy with it, and I now feel better in my new home and my new job and new life, and I am drawing again. I was really depressed for a month, I stopped eating, I was crying everyday, and I got really sick. I didn't think moving out would hit me so hard, but I'm far from my family and with a new city and new job I just didn't adjust as well as I hoped.

I am MUCH better now, almost normal. I feel happy again, and I am now drawing again, so to all those who feel I've forgotten about them, I haven't. I love you all and I thank you so very much for your endless patience with me.

Wow! I thought you used copic markers or something, that's insane! I love how Jiji looks the most, because he still looks like Jiji but I can still see your style in him :D

I moved overseas to study abroad early this year, so I know how you're feeling. I recently just started drawing again as well. It feels great :) Glad to see your stuff again <3

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I missed being around. I check DA everyday but...I just dont know what came over me. Ive never been that kinda person it was awful...BUT I am better now lol. My Fiance helped a lot.
